We're stoked you're here. supmojo is all about good vibes on the water, and we want your experience with our site to feel the same way – easy, fun, and straightforward.
This website is run by us at supmojo. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” that's who we're talking about. By browsing, shopping, or using our site in any way, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service (we'll just call them the “Terms”).
These Terms apply to everyone – whether you're just checking out the gear, placing an order, or sharing some feedback. Please give them a quick read. If anything doesn't sit right with you, no worries – just don't use the site or our services.
We'll sometimes add new features or products, and those will follow these same Terms. We might also update the Terms from time to time. Our online store is powered by Shopify – they help us get our paddleboards and gear out to you smoothly.

We ask that you use our site and products responsibly – nothing illegal, no viruses or harmful code, and always respecting the laws in your area (including copyright rules).

We're a small, relaxed crew, but we do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Your info (except payment details) might travel across networks unencrypted, but credit card info is always encrypted for security.
Feel free to enjoy the site, but please don't copy, resell, or reuse any part of it without our written okay.

We do our absolute best to show true colours and details in photos, but screens vary, so we can't guarantee an exact match.
We can limit sales to certain people or areas if needed, and we might stop offering a product at any time. Offers aren't valid where prohibited.
We hope you love everything you get from us, but we can't promise it'll exceed every expectation.

We might limit or cancel orders (for example, if something looks like reselling). If that happens, we'll do our best to let you know.
