PROCESSING TIME Custom and made-to-order items are typically processed within 2-8 business days. In-stock items are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order placement.

GENERAL ITEMS Standard shipping for accessories and smaller items is $10 flat rate to all Australian addresses (excluding NT and TAS - please contact us for a quote).

SUP BOARDS - LOCAL DELIVERY (Adelaide Metro Area) For orders over $999:

  • FREE delivery within 25km of Seaford, South Australia
  • $99 delivery for 25-50km from Seaford, South Australia

SUP BOARDS - COURIER SHIPPING We ship SUP boards to courier depots or business addresses at the following rates:

  • Adelaide (beyond 50km from Seaford): $199
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne & Perth: $250
  • Tasmania & Northern Territory: Please contact us for a shipping quote

Courier delivery typically takes 3-10 business days depending on your location.

BALIN SUP BOARD BAGS $75 flat rate to Australian capital cities (excluding Tasmania & NT - please contact us for a quote)

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER You can track your order through the shipping notification email. If you haven't received this email, please contact us at supmojo@bigpond.com for assistance.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY? Our freight partners are authorized to leave your purchase in a secure location. If you prefer an alternative arrangement, please contact us at supmojo@bigpond.com, and we will notify the courier accordingly.

ORDER INSURANCE DURING FREIGHT While we do not provide insurance for your order during transit, we are committed to excellent customer service. If any product is damaged in transit, we will make every effort to repair it. In cases of extensive damage, we will promptly replace the product. Your satisfaction and the safety of your order are our top priorities.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer international shipping from SUP MOJO in Australia.
