RETURN POLICY
Return Windows
We want you to love your SUPMOJO gear. If something's not quite right, here's how our returns work:
- Stand-up paddle boards: 30 days from delivery
- Paddles, accessories, and all other products: 14 days from delivery
Your return window starts from the date your order is delivered. If delivery date information isn't available, it starts from the fulfillment date plus estimated transit time.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at supmojo@bigpond.com within the return window to request a return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and our warehouse address
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible)
- Send the item to our Seaford/Old Noarlunga warehouse at the address provided
- Keep your tracking information until your return is processed
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Additional conditions for stand-up paddle boards:
- Boards must be completely unused with no signs of water use or wear
- Boards must be returned in the original packaging where possible to prevent damage during transit
- All protective film, tags, and accessories must be included
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we've sent you the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you at supmojo@bigpond.com and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this return policy. You're always entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods or if products don't match their description.
